Help shape the future of Gloucester’s children.
As the Executive Director, you will be instrumental in developing paths to achievement for the children of our community by partnering with the Gloucester Public School District. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and implement long-term strategic planning, support the Board, and galvanize our volunteers. Every day, you’ll work to identify and develop programs that fulfill our mission of expanding student opportunities and empowering our educators.
To thrive in this role, you must be passionate about fundraising, understand how to write compelling grants, as well as have experience in both operational management and program development. Most importantly, you must believe that every new experience enriches the lives and futures of the students of Gloucester.
- S., B.A., or equivalent. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership position – a huge plus if you have overseen the operation of a 501c3 involving working in the education field or with multilayered organizations.
- At least three years of related experience in fundraising, community relations, advocacy, grant writing, operational management, and planning, program development, marketing, and working with non-profit boards.
