Ingrid Conti brings a wealth of experience and passion for education to the GEF Board. A proud graduate of Western Michigan University and member of a family of life-long educators, Ingrid has spent nearly 15 years in the corporate world of managed education services. Her professional journey has focused on building large-scale systems to support underserved youth in some of the largest public school districts in the United States, showcasing her commitment to educational equity and excellence. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Partnerships for FullBloom, an organization that provides services to remove non-academic and academic barriers to student success.

Having relocated to Gloucester from San Diego, California in 2020, Ingrid has swiftly integrated into the community, dedicating her time and expertise to enhance local educational initiatives. She began volunteering with GEF in 2022 and served as Event Chair for the 2024 Power of Play.

Ingrid's daughter’s attends East Veterans Elementary School, which fuels her personal investment in the success of Gloucester's school system. She and her husband are also passionate about preserving the heritage of their community, spending their free time renovating their Gloucester home. Ingrid looks forward to bringing her skills and vision to GEF to support and enrich the experiences of Gloucester's students.
